All the dates are prior CLY acquiring the tenements on 1st December 2017 and as mentioned in their Ann regarding Native Tile Clearance. They need the Yandeyarra elders to give access to Clancy personnel for exploration on their land, this has not been granted and management have a pre-planned meeting coming up.
Someone disturbed the ground on these tenements without permission and is not helping with the process currently. I mentioned CLY would not announce this once received, hence the native title official process finalised as you have provided.
