It is a stereotypic view that Chinese currently
would not take seriously environmental issues.
Fortunately, they have learned, and this has changed.
The listing documents already includes
list of penalties of the earlier forest issue.
One should also think what can happen to key
personel if the minimum penalty is 4 months in prison
(first time conditional).
Cleaning plastic from sea would certainly be better
investment than gold mining.
