I wonder if a few (preferably more than a few) people from HK would consider buying a unit from FRI as a safety move.
Historically, Jews often dispersed family members abroad to create escape hatches, and that thinking applies to other groups too. Enrol offspring in a Perth university, buy a unit for them to live in, and if necessary, the offspring may settle in Australia.
FRI has an enhanced ability to market to Hong Kong, because of the company's nexus with Sino Singaporeans. Amongst other Chinese languages, both Singapore and Hong Kong have many citizens who are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and of course, English.

The current booming mining sector should be the main stimulus for Perth, but a Hong Kong migration fillip would augment that.
