Ring In, how right you are, ASIC are more worried about the small man trying to make a few dollars to repay his morgtage than all those big players manipulating the share price of a company. I get a warning from my online broker for raising the share price of a penny company by 5%, then ten minutes later someone drops it 15% by selling $100.00 worth of shares, NOT FAIR, and they say they watch all orders that go through, bull sXXXit.
