Some great posts by all, just want to add its no secret men are synonymous for holding back emotions etc It is the true measure of a man to ask and willingly seek help when darkness knocks on their door.
Catlover your well wishes are appreciated, I suppose I could have went into more detail but then it would be out of scope and boring, yes their is no denying it does not exist, but their are people on the ground doing what they can to stop it or help the survivors.
On depression for those who are holding back for help I would say to you although it may seem the world doesn't care or too busy to care, just like any profession there are trained people who know what you are going through and will treat you just like any medical professional for any ailment. cheers,n
