Check DB's history for amounts of stock they hold on SDL and other stocks at different times. Their buying and selling decisions are not always based upon a stock's potential or perceived worth. Overall market sentiment is much more important to them. JKA is a much better stock than SDL for takeover value in my view. But many will follow the SDL management no matter what, which is my point.
