Hi elyum a good post To Jaw it would appear from other posters that the Crowd Controllers are still in their juristiction outside of the premises . It would appear that the Hotel Owner is also included in this Civil action . I hope that the outcome from all of this is that the person who goes out for a nights outing and drinks more than the publican should be serving him is treated in a fair way his safety looked after crossing the road or put in a cab . I feel that Management fell down badlly ( Spelling ) in this case by not looking after their clients Towie
