the guy must have next to no assets, he is only 23, worked as a bouncer....the legal fees will cost more than any payout. I think it is time to build a bridge and get over it, but I suppose if it was a member of my family I might feel different.
I think the whole thing was overexposed and overblown when it happened and some time soon people have to move on.
