I will try and make simple enough for even you to understand gyro.

There is no debate over if Micevic hit hookes or not - HE ADMITTED THAT.

The tragic consequences of the punch would not have been as much an issue as the punch itself.

The only legal defence Micevic would have in hitting Hookes would be in self defence and or fear of his own safety.

The only way Micevic could be found not guilty is that if the jury

After hearing all the evidence - not hyped up distorted media versions and not some misinformed preconcieved notions

and after deliberating for 5 days

decided that Micevic was acting in self defence or at the very least there was reasonable doubt he was acting in self defence.

And if it was the latter the reported evidence of one of Hookes group testifying that Hookes was acting aggresively, would not walk away and told him to F OFF when he tried to get him to walk away would have probably assited in creating this reasonable doubt.

And if the jury after hearing all the REAL FACTS AND EVIDENCE not some hyped up media version decided there was resonable doubt
