re: hooksey......trial/mr micevic Mr Micevic, who was 21 at the time of the alleged offence, told the court today he had never ordered the women in the group to skol their drinks and denied calling one of them a b****itch as other witnesses in the trial alleged.

"I wouldn't have used those words, it's not professional," he said.

He admitted telling the group to "f*****k off" and said they had yelled "Who the f*****k do you think you are?".

Mr Micevic said the security guards at the hotel on the night were outnumbered by those in the group and he feared for his safety and that of his colleagues.

He said that during a scuffle on the street, Hookes winded him with two punches and tried to pull him to the ground.

"I was frightened of falling on the ground and not being able to protect myself and getting kicked as I was on the ground," he said.

His trial before Justice Philip Cummins continues.
