What we need Walken is an announcement from our Board as to what is going on. All we receive is what they are obliged by rules and regulations in releasing to the market. Nothing to tell the independent shareholders of DGR what could happen which will adversely or positively affect our company's share value. The directors have caused absolute havoc to DGR and the rest of our daughter companies, causing almost all of them going into administration of bankruptcy status. We are financing a civil court case to recoup some money from the AJQ disaster, which was allowed, through utter incompetence by the bastards who are directors of both companies, and should we get a takeover of SOLG and some compensation from AJQ, they have diluted current shareholder by basically giving over 15% of the company with the 0.03cps options. This will be a bonanza for the holders of those options but the rest of us are diluted by 15%. If no takeover or compensation occurs, the new option shareholder is under no obligation to pay the 3 cents to make them fully paid shares. Let's not forget that this same option shareholder is believed to be a company solely owned by the ex-CEO of AJQ......what a farce. As an option holder, I dare say he/they/it don't have to declare their interest until the options become fully paid shares. No change announced as to the top holders of company. Sleight of hand or fraud is a foot and allowed if not encouraged by DGR's current BOD. Again, let's not forget that our current Chairman is/could be the business partner of the same option holder. Mather is certainly earning his annual quarter million-dollar plus! Criminal activity and they are allowed to go unpunished.
