None of Jane's problem since she doesn't hold any shares. Poor decision at the expense of the SHORT TERM shareholders. Nevertheless, in three months she has managed to get every shareholder to hate her. Poor Geoff Babidge, who would have had about $3.5mil written off in paper profits because of Jane's selfishness
