I like FEX but am concerned that they are a high cost producer in market of low cost cost producers. Its great for those that got onboard in its infancy but concerned about their profits when the price of IO drops back down. We are seriously considering selling our investment property as the housing market is on a high it really shows that other than capital appreciation what a poor return you get from the rental return vs dividends from shares.

Each to their own and just to comply with the HC rules its just my opinion and not financial advice.

Yeah, i know what you mean, i'm pondering that too.
i currently have a buy in for more FEX as i'm hopeful to catch the Dividend when it arrives.
i do see what you mean though.

For my investment property, it makes sense to sell it, but i dont think i can bring myself to do it.
