Yes - Wednesday is named after perennial poster - Hoots.

Many people have wondered about the "Hoots" - exactly what does the Nick stand for. I remember back in the old CUDECO Days there was much discussion about the "Hoots" and what it means. Many tried to crack the code - and came up with many different suggestions. Some were obvious - some were not. Hoots denied all of them.

I wonder, Hoots, are you about to bare your soul to the XJO Mob? And let us into the secret?

Anyway - Hoots is a great technician, and a mad punter. Maybe not so mad. He made wages today - so he tells us. Cracked it about as good as it gets.
