Absolutely no doubt the management of this company is terrifying.
And no doubt it seems very odd how they seemed to successfully drill new holes every month and no revenue whatsoever turned up. I would dearly love to know how they were allowed to make these announcements that meant absolutely nothing to shareholders, yet sucked punters into the ponzi scheme.

What does appear to have happened is a backdoor listing with funding from MacBank. You either take it or leave it!!
