I think my valuation range was around $0.80 - $1.20 with fairly conservative numbers. I'm honestly not worried about Myer as a business at all although I'm not expecting too much surprise to the upside. Got the timing wrong but in the black as of today. Still some positive catalysts exist potentially e.g. renegotiation of leases. Happy to ride the squeeze but I feel like the sentiment could turn very quickly with even a sniff of negative information.
