I agree with Blackjack. For years I lost money following analysts and tip sheets publishers, company announcements etc. etc. Unless you have inside knowledge, it's a losers game. More often than not, the stock has moved before the announcement is made, or what is disclosed may not be an accurate position of the company. But charts don't tell lies and provided you have the tools and expertise to analyse them, it is a far more accurate means of getting in and out of stocks profitably and reducing risk.
