The stocks generally move before the announcement probably because of insider knowledge, or an expected announcement, and I don't see how a chart will tell you this at all. IGR was sitting at 25c range for over a year, did the chart tell you that was going to happen, I don't think so. Anyway enough from me, sorry to be so boring but I do not like charts that much.
