The Call option spreads on TTS range from 3.50 to 3.70....price on a call 3.50 is about 10 cents...to be in the money u need 3.60 plus....expires around 19 Jan....TTS dividend estimated record date is around 19/20th Jan...Supreme Court appeal date has to be vacated around 19th Jan.

You gotta figure that the witching date is about 19th Jan....

If The government vacate the appeal before the 19th...its a no brainer which way the TTS price is going...if the market is any guide..smart money says TTS should see north of 3.80 before mid January.
