    Let's look at the rock bottom value of Partys. It has an accumulated tax loss of ~$56.5 million. This gives it a tax loss value of ~2.1c/s . It has ~$4 m cash = ~ .005c/s so that's about 2.6c/s and what value would we attribute to it's products? I suggest that it's a sitter for a predator, however a predator faces the major shareholders, and they're not selling which is a vote of confidence. Strangely the more money the company amasses as a tax loss the greater its' share value for a buyout. I'm reasonably certain that selling at .008c after the latest deal would indicate an exhausted intellectual capacity. Having said that I leave myself open to a plethora of opinions on why someone would sell at today's price. Intriguing it is..
