Centro has re-financed all short-term funding with a group of un-named US lenders. The new CEO Mr Ruferano claims it will be business as usual with an eye on lowering the company's debt over the short term.

The company has also confirmed that although asset values may have changed due to short term market movements, it maintains a strong cashflow position and will continue to pay shareholder dividends in accordance with profitability and recent history.
