the way I see it, the current administrators brief is to try and restructure so that some sort of ongoing business comes out the other end.
the banks administrator will be trying to recover the banks money.
the debt owed to the banks represents a lot of votes at the creditors meeting, so unless the banks are convinced otherwise they will probably get their way.
