I have followed HML for some time and posted on occasions. Since I commenced observing HML I have had concerns regarding valuations (shared by ASX), related party transactions, excessive fees, governance, lack of transparency, poor shareholder communications, outrageous comments (Bitcoin being cheap in the eyes of management when the price was close to its peak), highly leveraged futures transactions, change of investment strategy etc etc etc.
Unfortunately shareholders are unable to trade due to the suspension.
I suspect this will end badly and that the JB financial valuation is nothing short of hype.
I do not and have never held shares in HML, however I wish shareholders the best but fear performance will be poor. My final sentiment remains Sell.
