My thoughts are, first of all with the amount of stocks on ASX, the clear way to identify such stocks is to have some on t he watch list. IF that cant be done then there are ( not that I use them ) softwares where you can give certain conditions and they will return the results. This are basic mathematical formalus tho, I dont use them.
The main point here is Mgmt,assets,volume,EMAs,MAs etc and tho we can have certain conditions on vol and EMAs etc, we hardly can get a software to talk on assets and Mgmt. This is upto us to ensure we chose the right company.
