i would seriously question anyone's sanity if they were dealing with this management team, with the aim of debt funding anything. the clowns putting out the announcements, and the board for effectively supporting that garbage should be forced to fund it themselves, out of the money that have collected in the form of salaries and fees, but provided very very little in return other than powerpoint presentations and destruction of shareholder value.
