it has to be scaled back because they cannot allocate more shares than they are permitted by law.
anyway, its still possible to make money on this even if the share price falls below 95c... just use CFDs or other derivative instruments. There will definitely be selling pressure after the quotation date of the shares issuued under the share purchase plan.
that's how i plan to profit from the imminent downside.
