Oilyman , I think any directors can do a remarkable job if they are sitting on a world class reserve .It is manageing shareholders wealth were they start to fall down, and pay more regard for their own futures . AOE directors were another example .If you are happy to take the $16 and run , why would you not sell on market for $16.50 ?
