From memory they had a toenail fungus product in market in partnership with Sandoz/Novartis which had been out for a couple of years before they got through the P3 trials with the AD drug. When I've got some time later I'll try and dig out more. But you're right in that Pfizer's main attraction to Anacor was the AD drug, and also correct that they were not actively developing anything in the AMR space. Cheers
