Based only on data in the article, I would take the 267M as the bid for the remaining 79%, fully diluted this makes the bid at around $3.51 per share. meh!!!
After MY's success and the way he's driven this project/Co to date, I have no doubt he will act in the shareholders best interest and treat any such bid with the contempt it deserves.
Only speculation at this point, the facts will be here soon.
