As I said earlier, if the banks make Centro fail the entire property market in Aus will be saying the last rights.
They need to let her sell down heaps first, then fail quietly, if at all. Banks aren't real good at selling property without creating a fire sale in the market they are selling into...
I trust they'll leave the selling of property to the property people. Mad if they don't.
