I see it as follows: without the "negative management effect" the SP would rather move in the range of 30 cents (+/- 5 cents) due to fundamental considerations - that is my opinion.
The movement we saw from around 20 cents towards 10 cents was panic selling - partly triggered, by the way, by apocalyptic forecasts that were also shared and discussed here in this forum. Anyone who could do a little arithmetic should have realized that the replacement value alone plus some "future prospects" were worth more than 10 cents and Aurelia would become a takeover candidate if not a victim.
What we are seeing now is the correction in terms of the management effect - that is, the last and probably exaggerated downward movement is now being corrected. I suspect we will end up in a range around 20 cents.
If new management comes on board - one with some track record, I think that will move the SP towards 25-30 cents - the rest will then depend on the "results".
I would consider 40 cents to be rather high for a take over offer at this point in time. If someone is really interested in Aurelia and wants to take it over, I think any offer above 30 cents would be too expensive in the current environment.
I have been following Aurelia for years and now only hold a small position (at times AMI made up 35% of my portfolio). I am glad I sold most of it at SP between 41-50 cents at the first "problems" or after buying Dargues (some also in the 70-85 range). So I am relatively relaxed. Unfortunately I had no cash to buy at prices around 10 cents.
Either way, everyone has to know for him or her self what to do now.
I'll just wait and see what happens next. Currently I focus on other "things". Good luck.
