--West Australian resource company Minemakers is today expected to announce that it will develop its A$1.5 billion Wonarah rock phosphate project in a joint venture with the Indian government-owned National Mineral Development Corporation. The Indian group is understood to be taking a 50 percent stake in the project, with the majority of production likely to be sold in India, the world's largest importer of rock phosphate and ammonium phosphate fertilisers. Page 19.
