also need;
- 'when' the expansion related works begin
- the 3 ships/month until when and is that 3rd always sold on the spot or do we clear the pre-sales early (i make it 43 ships to clear Rhizao & GNR)
- where we at with the longer term funding for cockatoo? (assuming $19million covers all our immediate needs)
