Oily,
you don't agree, with what was said on "your money your call", fine, agree it is speculation, but so are basis for everyone's hopes.
I do not trust Madame Cheung to look after all investors, given the underhanded and dishonest manner these people took over the company, with not so much as a whisper of a protest from shareholders.
We have asked, and regulators have asked for clarity and information on the new directors, and we, the shareholders remain in the dark.
Based on public data so far, the speculative call on "your money your call" is pretty spot on, until the directors of Fortis demonstrate otherwise.
I'm waiting on information , but so far, they get a FAIL.
I am also somewhat angered by the delays in sharing of news with us as it unfolds. How long were they sitting on the following information?
1. The Vendor sought to get out of the deal
2. One investor demanded his $10m be returned

4. In the communications you get a sneak preview into issues and problems with Ji'an and its board, with one ex-director making an unsolicited approach to the vendor. Excuse me??? Are you happy to read that fine piece of insight?
I also raised the issue of trading while insolvent, and technically the company can manage this. But in my questioning, why did two directors convert their options to shares and not paid the company? I think it could use $1.8m in cash don't you?

No, you don't get off that easy, with your dismissive post.
I want to see some of you hard core supporters give us a truly logical replay on the last few month's events please.
I am hopeful for the future by the way, to some extent, Madame Cheung's investment is also our investment, it's just that our decisions are not, and we are at the mercy of hers.
