Getting into the commercial instrumentation market is a smart move as it is much bigger than the domestic markets. The difference is it is needed and often has to be done by non technical people. Think of a situation where a doctors office needs for quality assurance to monitor fridge temperature and constantly record it then email the results for record keeping. The simpler that process is the better. I’d like to see the advertising material a bit more sexy to say this is simple to use without the engineer speak.
