They are back to kickstarter mentality/function and have no idea/understanding of their responsibilities as BOD's of a listed entity.
The remaining cash is likely to be spent in pursuit of half baked plans and ultimately managed into a new entity under the guidance of Hunt who is silently waiting for his payday.
But there needs to be a few p&d before that can happen, latest volume indicates someone banking on the Stealthentry news to have some sort of MOU to a government department attached.
