My Radar is pointing to this comming from the US!
With the facility inplace for capital I do not think they expected this as the need for capital with all this misleading info would have show we are good until 2025 Q2 so it would have been more beneficial to push the raise to later in the year.
This one appears to be IMO an approach or not offer that may have been left on the table.
I dont thinknthe pricing will be north above the SP or hugely discounted but if the buyer or buyers are very relevant to the game then that value alone is a vote of confidence in the product and the team.
I heard people say a retail CR i doubt that you have limited numbers willing to buy shares today most of this trading is noise. If there was money being parked in BRN the price would be stronger IMO
