I agree it is about accountability to all shareholders, although I do understand why other company reps don't post on chat sites. It is not everyones cup of tea!

Most companies I know have leaders who are more than happy to talk to all shareholders, some by phone, email etc....

Communication from a company is not a priviledge for shareholders, it is a right, and fortunately many companies do it well.
