    Clarification:

    - Cash at end of quarter 795K

    - Estimated cash outflows for next quarter 675K

    So it's reportedly tight but the appears to be money to go forward ATM. A CR will be needed for liquidity but not (in my uninformed opinion) until after the spud and the resolution of the US debt ceiling impasse.
