B4B.............. if the JV purchased the FPSO that would cost almost $4b alone, Tullow actually leased one at Jubilee which is how most developments go, then you look at the total number of wells to be drilled say 6-10 production and 4-6 injection wells for a total of round 15-20 wells then the subsea structure plus the connection of the wells etc and etc .............. it all adds up to quite a sum!!!
