Interesting comment, one thing though you mention'endless scrutiny by shareholders'as if it is a bad thing. Should actually read 'endless scrutiny by the owners of the company'.
Shareholders are owners and given the poor performance of ROC compared to the market, the owners of the company should have a blow torch on management to get to the bottom of it.
Particularly in light of the fact poo has doubled in this time.
