They've got production to it's best ever, during record oil prices.
They've got the biggest exploration program the company has seen up and going.

I don't think they can be blamed for the market's overselling, herd mentality, fear, non-logic, etc. etc. Should BHPs management and board be blamed for a 6 month DEPRECIATION in its share price while they are making more cash than they ever have at an exponential rate? This market is completely irrational, scared, protective, unwilling to risk anything.... the price goes with the conditions, and the conditions provide opportunity. I see ROC at 2.70 with its highest production and exploration over the next 6 months. Enough said.
