Let me just start by saying DON’T FOLLOW MY LEAD !, I have no idea what I am doing .
But no I am not buying in yet. I would like to see some positive news first. I will probably miss some of the early upside, if there is any, but that beats being stuck with a pile of crap shares I cannot get rid of !
The recent quarterly was pure PSA rubbish. Usual drivel, plan completed with in the month (for the third time). Working with gov...since 2016. They quote wildly different start up cost in each of the last 3 quarterly updates.
I may well be wrong but their is nothing in the announcements that gives me any confidence that they are anywhere near startup.
