Not exactly.

I am suggesting if someone was thinking of buying an income producing asset, and you received the impression that there was risk that your asset (and infrastructure) could be flooded (I know these floods are once in a lifetime, but we are talking about impressions), you might think twice.
Potentially even standing groundwater on a smaller scale that stalls mining and interrupts your capacity to generate income.

"perceived" future flood risk.
