    Under asx rules they have to release all information to the market in a certain time frame and definitely can not go to share holder or investor before releasing it to the market. Have a look at the last quarterly pretty sure we have plenty of cash. I had a reply from management and they were nice enough to let me know that the hold up was in the lab and are expecting the results by end of the month. I believe CDV are delayed in a lot of results too
