All seems very quiet at the moment. The price seems to be still holding above the offer price which I would take as a good sign.
Does anybody know how long another interested party has to make a counter offer. I assume that if someone is looking at making an offer they will need to get all their ducks in a row first ie finance sorted out etc and that may take a while.
