It's obvious to all with even the slightest experience in investment. If they thought it was commercial, they'd be testing right away, not after the second well. In addition, 3 metres of oil pay (in the primary zones) is NEVER commercial. Even if this 12-20 metre zone is a proper pay zone, it still has to flow properly, and flow rates are normally weaker with shallower targets. Even if flow rates are good, one shallow find will not make the basin commercial, multiple large discoveries will be needed for that.
It's a bad result. Stop trying to sugarcoat it. The market has spoken.
