Possibly, but VRX management intimated some time back that there were several players in the negotiations.....It is logical that SFR is one, who are the others?
Some of us Sipa holders think maybe Chilean Antofagasta (who has an alliance with Sipa) is hovering on the fringes? Sipa is also discovering more and more copper oxides in the area.
This is pure speculation & wishful thinking on our part, but you never know...
