no no no....they are very experienced indeed my fellow investors...Yess very experienced! not to run a company though...but to rob shareholders. In my opinion its their original intention from the beginning that its to:
(1) First set up a company.
(2) then list that company on ASX to raise funds,
(3) and deplete that fund/money disguised as over-inflated salary, consultion fees, reimbursement,payment to subsidiaries and so on...
(4) and on the fourth stage..if there is not much money left in the coffers and shareholders still too gullible to learn, they will keep trying to raise more money by issuing more shares and to repeat cycle 3 to 4 on the above.
5) Lastly if no more funds can be raised then close down the company leaving the poor shareholders wondering "what went wrong with their investment" while they are sitting on the beach enjoying expensive glass of wine.

May those OKAP people rot in hell.... IN MY BLOODY HUMBLE OPINION
