Don't worry - I had to pump some cash into my accounts as I was on double-secret probation. I know it sounds trite, but you have to take a longer term view, look at shanghai this morning, going better than any of the markets - they think in generations, not weeks or days, and bugger the meek, the chinese will inherit whats left!!
